Ingredients
A handful of frozen cut up papaya
A handful of frozen cut up honeydew melon
2frozen bananas
A handful of cut up pineapplesmy pineapples were not frozen, but feel free to use frozen pineapples
2big handfuls of fresh spinach
1 1/2cupsof coconut water
A couple of lime slicesoptional
Instructions
Simply chuck all the ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.
Serve immediately with a slice of lime on the side.
Notes
Make sure the fruits are frozen solid if you want to retain that icy consistency, or feel free to blend in some chunks of ice with regular fruit if you don't have any frozen!
